Just to help people from making the same mistake I made, avoid any purchases from violetwand.com I spent around $600 on a violet wand and that was in April. I have little faith that I will receive the wand or get my money back. There is no way of contacting the company since they do not respond to emails. VioletWanda doesn't seem to be active anywhere anymore (and her yahoo account no longer exists). I know that I am not the only one who has had issues with this company.

Re: DO NOT order from violetwand.com aka violetwands.net
Fri, May 8, 2009 - 1:17 PMI am really sorry that people have not received their wands. I would like to share my EE experience just so people can know. I have no affiliation with them.
At the time when I ordered my wand, approximately two-three years ago, I was a very well known pro submissive. I do not know if that was a factor in my wait time or not. I will never know.
I decided to add a VW to my play room for personal and professional reasons.
I decided on the kit below their most expensive one (cannot remember the name off the top of my head).
Basically it comes with a lot of accessories.
Violet wands are an investment and are not cheap.
I placed my order (my husband's card) and we bought it. I remember the wait was a month or two, no more than three months max. I figured that they were crafting my kit and these are not made in china mass produced, so i accepted the wait time like a good girl and figured...the scene when it comes will be THAT more intense!
so, one day i get a nice package. packaged nicely. i knew what it was for sure! it was my wand! i was thrilled. i did not know that EE was not fulfilling orders and stuff. i did not research EE at all. i bought based on their site.
I was one of the lucky ones. I cannot begin to show how I feel on how terrible it is that they took lots and lots of money and did not fulfill orders. That alone makes me wonder if I should tell others where I got my wand. Iw ould not want others to have a bad experience.
The facts:
The wand has given us no problems whatsoever. It works beautifully and is great. I LOVE the accessories. Compared to some other kits I saw of colleagues at the time I loved the EE kit.
So I am happy, and not to sound like a braggart, I am sorry if I do...but I am giving an experience from a pro, and sharing my story just so it can be known.
Can any other pros answer? Pros: have you ordered from EE and received your items? Was there a long wait? I am curious about this.
I know this is my first post here. I did not know what tribe was until I searched for VW's. So hello to all, and I hope I don't have to go through any initiations!!!! :)

Re: DO NOT order from violetwand.com aka violetwands.net
Sun, July 5, 2009 - 6:58 AMI've been getting my stuff from EE for a couple of years now, but they and violetwands.net are two different groups. violetwands.net gives them store space. At the beginning EE was, imo, the best in the business, then there was a year in between when the owner of violetwands.net locked them out of their store space at that domain. Seems to have been a political power play and pretty ugly. I had an order in from that store during that time, and it was 'lost' too, so I empathize with everyone who was in the same circumstance.
But I filled out the form from EE and after a few months they were able to find my lost order and get it to me. I pointed some friends to the same thing and they got their lost order too. Their main site away from the violetwands.net was the one I was able to contact them through...go there..they have a form to fill out to hunt for the lost orders..then you mail it in.
I admit it had me highly concerned when I didn't hear from them during the lost order, but with them locked out of their store space they hosted with violetwands.net, I guess that was beyond their control.
I've since been ordering again, and without a single problem...still very pleased with quality. Recently, I've gotten my stuff in less than 2 weeks and my last electrode I ordered was in May 09. The longest took me 13 days to receive, but they said that was because they were still blowing that color of electrode. I certainly understand it because they make their own stuff, and the quality is super important to me. IMO, they still have the best quality available, and the best warranties. They definitely had a bad year but everyone Im hearing from now is receiving everything on time and pretty happy with them.
I understand violetwands.net is still having issues because of their previous owner. It was THE place to go for info, and I hope they are able to recover from him too.
