I looking buy a very basic kit or even just a generator somewhere in the SF area. I'd like to buy from someone in person since I've been warned against buying online. However if anyone can offer a site that offers what I'm looking for and that is reliable., I'd be willing to buy elsewhere.

I can't afford to spend much more than $300 at this time but I'd love to have a violet wand of my own. I'm looking for just a generator or a generator and a body patch though if I can get accessories within my budget I have no objections. :]
